Hello!

My name is Sarah Manna. I am a certified Meditation Practitioner, licensed Heath Coach, and a Reiki Master. 

After working many years in corporate America, I felt that my life was shallow, stressful and unsatisfying. Not knowing where it would take me, I started studies to become a Health Coach at the Institute for Integrated Nutrition. 

The studies were life changing and eye opening to me and inspired me and allowed me to better understand holistic health.

I started meditating as a small child. I was lucky to have a teacher in elementary school who taught a 30-minute body scan once per week. I remember loving it, and I used it on my own when I wanted to increase focus or self-esteem. Meditation has helped me my whole life, and now, I want to help others benefit from it as well.

 

Mediation Practice

I have a unique way of helping my clients by combining health coaching, reiki, and meditation. I create personalized meditations series based on your specific needs. In our first meeting, I will have a lot of questions for you. We will in detail discuss what you need help with and what you are hoping to obtain by meditation. Depending on your experience with meditation, I will provide you with some basic tips which will help you get started. Next, I will create a series of meditations that are personalized only for you. The personalized meditation series will meet you at your own level and will focus on your needs.

 

​Reiki

A few years back, I decided to study Japanese Reiki under Frans Stiene, International House of Reiki, and became a Reiki Master.

My Reiki sessions focus on relaxation, healing and helping to resolve energy blockage that comes from stress, diet, lifestyle and other everyday causes.​

If you are looking for a Reiki session, you can make special appointments only by phone. I offer Reiki at the convenience of your home if you live in Westchester. I will bring a portable bed, so you do not need to provide anything other than a quiet space.
